1.Open the Instagram app first.
2.Log into your account on Instagram and click on your profile page .
3.click on the setting option on Mobile.
4.You will be redirected to the “Account Page”.
5. On the Account Page you see the “Edit Profile” option. Click on it.
6.When you scroll down on the “Edit Profile” option.
7.You see temporarily disable my account. Click on it.
8.after clicking on it, you will reach to “Temporarily Disable Your Account” page.
9.There you have to give the reason why you disabling your account.
10.And after giving the reason enter your login password.
11.Then click on “Temporarily Disable Account”
12.It asks for yes or no then clicks yes.
13.then you can disable an Instagram account.

Step-By-Step Guide: How to delete an Instagram account
Step 1. Click on the link which I provided to you.
Step 2. When you click the link you reach the Instagram help center.
Step 3. Click on the “delete your account” option.
Step 4. After clicking on that option you see 3 tabs containing different information there.
Step 5. Select the second tab having the “How do I delete my Instagram account?” topic.
Step 6. In there, find the “To request the permanent deletion of your account” topic.
Step 7. Then see the first suggestion point inside it.
Step 8. Then you see a text highlighted with blue color i.e.Delete Your Account.
Step 9. Click on it.
Step 10. After clicking, You will reach to “delete your account page”.
Step 11. Select the predefined reason. If you don’t know the reason then select “something else”.
Step 12. After defining the reason, then only it shows the “account deletion option” and “enter your password option”.
Step 13. Then enter your login password and click on Delete(username).
After clicking on the delete option it shows a message that your account will be deleted on {date of your account delete}.
Now you can deactivate your Instagram account permanently.

12.After entering it show a message that they will collect all information and send it to you within 48 hours.
